Yarny love

This week I am joining in with a semi-complete bit of goodness. Hope that's allowed. I made a blanket for my mother out of this amazing blend of alpaca and wool. It's a super chunky yarn and soft beyond belief.

I bought some for myself intending to make something to wear.  I am at level 0 in terms of reading a pattern so decided another lap blanket would be easier. The yarn is discontinued (of course) so this is all I could crochet. Once funds allow I will be on the hunt for some cream super chunky yarn to complete it with!
