There's a special community tucked away in north Auckland- Greenhithe. It used to be a farming community and even though it's grown and changed, it's retained some of it's country charm. It's gorgeous. We explored it today and found a couple of bush walks.
After the intense rain of the last week, the bush is saturated which makes the under canopy dappled light rather special.
We crossed streams and bridges and followed meandering paths. It was green and lush and the bush was sparking clean. The kids loved it.
