Grace was reading out the names of the "Princess Sophia" family and read "King Roland. Sophia's new Dad".
I asked the children were they thought Sophia's old Dad was.
"Oh", came the reply. "She doesn't have an old Dad".
I countered with "Everyone has a Dad to start with, what do you think happened to him?"
"No" came the definite response, "Someone gave a sperm to Sophia's Mom. Sophia doesn't have an old Dad".
And that's that. End of conversation while we shot off upstairs to laugh at the extreme cuteness in private.
